Duties and Functions
- Plans, directs and supervises and coordinates the systematic recording of all financial statements and relevant reports of the Authority;
- Assists and/or coordinates with the Budget Division in the preparation of budget estimates and in the analysis of financial statements;
- Certifies to the availability funds;
- Plans, directs and supervises the design, installation and implementation of an accounting system appropriate for the cooperation;
- Verifies and certifies the correctness of financial statements such as vouchers, statement of accounts , trial balance, etc.
- Supervises the maintenance and updating of the Authority’s book of accounts;
- Reviews and signs vouchers and other related documents;
- Plans and distributes work assignments among subordinates;
- Performs other related functions.
