Duties and Functions

  • Advises and assist the General Manager in the overall management supervision and control of the internal affairs of the Authority;
  • Supervises and coordinates the Assistant General Managers for Finance and Administration, Operations and Security and Emergency Services on matters pertaining to the day to day operations of the Authority;
  • Supervises and coordinates the implementation of all policies, rules and regulations, and plans and programs that may be directed by the General Manager and prescribed or adopted by the Board;
  • Evaluates and reports to the General Manager the results of the Authority's operations and recommends appropriate measures to improve the Authority's operational and financial performance;
  • Acts for and in behalf of the General Manager on all matters that may required final approval by the General Manager whether the latter is unable to perform his duties due to absence or other reasons;
  • Performs other related functions that may directed by the General Manager and prescribed by the Board.
