Duties and Functions
- Plan, manage and supervise the overall activities pertaining to the operation of business enterprises and other establishment within the NAIA complex;
- Determine the type of establishment/business enterprise to be located in the airport complex;
- Determine the contract terms and conditions including the rental rates to be charged for business concessions granted;
- Prepare lease agreements, contracts and other documents pertaining to proper business transactions;
- Inspect periodically all business establishments operating within the NAIA complex to determine compliance with contract terms and conditions; and
- Perform other related functions.
