Duties and Functions
- Plan, manage and supervise the overall activities pertaining to the development of real estate properties of the MIAA;
- Plan, manage and supervise the operational activities and financial capabilities of the business and commercial establishments outside the terminal buildings including the General Aviation Area;
- Formulate feasibility studies pertaining to the development of business within the MIAA complex;
- Oversee surveying activities for the areas and land spaces to be leased for the preparation of technical description, location plans, contracts and other related documents; and
- Perform other related functions.
