Duties and Functions
- Handles the VIP reservations, complaints and suggestions of passengers, event management and all other administrative requirements of the office;
- Tasked with the extension of port courtesies to visiting dignitaries, high ranking officials of the government as well as top executives of private entities; and
- Responsible for providing a hassle-free arrival and departure to passengers, to include disabled, the elderly and unaccompanied minors.
